Dawn at Kellers Mountain

Larry Lefever (Lititz, United States) on 27 May 2010 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

This from a job I'm shooting for a local engineering firm which specializes in stream and floodplain restoration. It's a more environmental and habitat friendly approach to flood control and surface water management.

Many thanks for visiting and though I may not always reply to your comments, know that they are greatly appreciated.

I agree with Mariana, this is indeed a dreamy image. I swear I can see the water moving, is this a long exposure. Wonderful!

27 May 2010 1:00pm

@bluechameleon: Thanks, Sharon. It was about 3 seconds. Just long enough to soften the moving water.

Great shot. I dont know if i ever told you the story of the three vicious pitbulls that surrounded me when i went to to the house to ask permission to shoot there. they resided at the house there. thats no joke, and i suggest you watch yourself there. never so scared in all my life.

28 May 2010 12:17am

@donald Reese: Thanks, Don. And thanks for the heads up about the dogs. Now I can be on edge when I pull in there in the dark.
