I like the richness to the tones; they make this seem three-dimensional and almost sculptural.

I love the simplicity of this. It's so beautiful. Also your choice of black and white. All the detail and pattern emerge.

@Bettina: Thanks, Bettina. The color version had a nice, warm feel to it, but when I took it to the bw converter, I knew that that was the way to go.
I almost wrote what Bettina wrote. This is just beautiful and love the selective focus. The processing really makes this image. I don't think it would have the same effect in color. ; )
