The View From Beneath

Posted by
Larry Lefever (Lititz, United States) on 19 May 2010 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

The leaves on our Japanese maple are a deep burgundy. But, if you view them from beneath, even in the rain they are a delicious red.

Many thanks for visiting and though I may not always reply to your comments, know that they are greatly appreciated.

Magnificent! And you are right, these maples look very different depending on how the light hits them and where you are standing.
